- Level 3 - Subsidized Rate: Individuals with lower income levels pay a subsidized fee, significantly lower than the full rate. This ensures that those facing financial challenges can still access counseling services.
- Level 4 - Pro Bono: For individuals experiencing extreme financial hardship, a limited number of slots are available for completely free counseling services.
