• Level 2 - Reduced Rate: Individuals with moderate income levels pay a reduced fee, which is lower than the full rate but reflective of their financial capacity.
• Level 3 - Subsidized Rate: Individuals with lower income levels pay a subsidized fee, significantly lower than the full rate. This ensures that those facing financial challenges can still access counseling services.
• Level 4 - Pro Bono: For individuals experiencing extreme financial hardship, a limited number of slots are available for completely free counseling services.
